Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice by email to [email protected]. Your notice should follow the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the material on our site that you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If the notice is complete, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and may tell the person responsible for it. Sending a false notice can create legal liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
Counter-notice
If you believe we removed material by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
If we get a valid counter-notice, we will send a copy to the original complainant. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have started a court action.
Repeat infringers
We may end access for anyone who is found to infringe copyright repeatedly.
